Your Qualifications

• University degree in Education or Educational Management
• Several years of leadership experience in an international boarding school environment
• Excellent command of English; German skills desirable
• Experience in curriculum development and accreditation
• Clean record and willingness to relocate to the school site (housing provided)
• Strong strategic thinking skills and high social competence
